The event is free of charge and open to all potential applicants. However, the European Commission does not provide any additional support to participants for travel or accommodation.

Registered but not confirmed
Your registration request has been received, but not yet confirmed. This does not guarantee your participation in the event. You will be informed shortly if your registration was successful. Please do not make any travel arrangements before you have received this confirmation.
Registration limit reached/closed
Registration is unfortunately closed due to space limitation in the event venue.
You will, however, be able to follow online via a web streaming link that we will publish on the event page.
We will also open the possibility to ask questions via sli.do using the event’s hashtag: #H2020Energyday. You can also follow the event on Twitter using the same hashtag.
We hope in this way you will be able to follow the event to its full extent.
For security reasons we proceed with the registration ahead of the event and access to the conference venue is granted only to participants registered by us.
In order to access the conference venue, you will need to bring with you a valid identification document with your photograph, together with the email confirming your participation.
We will send all details a few days before the event itself. Please note that EC Security will not accept a driving licence as identification.
